W. Michael Greene, MD

Bio

Dr. Greene received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry with biochemical specialization from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, and earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He then completed his residency in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery at University of Virginia Health Sciences Center in Charlottesville.

Most recently, Dr. Greene cared for patients at Greenville ENT Associates, PA, in Greenville, South Carolina, providing comprehensive medical and surgical management of general and pediatric otolaryngology disorders. He also served as a physician and owner of Provident Ear Nose and Throat, LLC. Board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, he is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and the Christian Medical and Dental Associations.

Dr. Greene proudly joins the board-certified otolaryngologists, audiologists and advanced practice providers at Lexington ENT & Allergy to provide patients of all ages with surgical and nonsurgical treatments for ear, nose, throat, and head and neck disorders.
